Educational aims
Today, we at NIF follow the Greenlandic curriculum "Atuarfitsialak" supplemented with elements of the danish and other foreign curriculums.

We help children to develop social skills
Dinner Gatherings
"Lets cook and eat together" is the motto of the dinner gatherings taking place in every class. The groups that are chosen randomly, meet once a month. The gatherings offer students and parents the oppertunity to get to know each other and create good relationships.
Morning Gatherings
We hold morning gatherings twice a week, the schedule usually includes: singing, birthday celebrations, different announcements and presentation of projects the classes have been working on.
Project Week and school arrangements
Throughout the year we offer different arrangements where the students work in multi-class-projects to strengthen the bond among them.
