At NIF, we believe that healthy students are better learners and that healthy school food is an important part of kids’ education.

What should a healthy packed lunch look like?

Breakfast break (at 09.20): Fresh fruit, fruit salad or vegetable sticks

Lunch break (at 11.05): The lunchpack should be healthy including wholewheat and high fibre bread. It should not contain sweets, chocolate, cake or biscuits

Drinks: milk or water - no juice or soda

Every classroom is equipped with a fridge to keep the lunchboxes cool.

Furthermore, we have a non-smoking policy, which applies to the whole school site.
